Legion Announce Starting XV vs Anthem Rugby Carolina
California Legion has named its Starting XV for Round 10 of the 2026 Major League Rugby season, set to face Anthem Rugby Carolina on Sunday at American Legion Memorial Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina. Kickoff is scheduled for 1:00 PM PT. Watch live on ESPN+.
With just two regular season matches remaining, California Legion enters the weekend looking to strengthen its playoff position and continue building momentum down the stretch.
The two sides met in Round 1 to open the season, with Anthem earning a narrow victory in a hard-fought contest. Since then, Legion has continued to build form and enters the weekend coming off a dominant performance against Old Glory DC.
Jason Damm Captains the side, with Gonzalo Bertranou names as Vice Captain.
There are several notable changes to the lineup this week. Ma'ake Muti returns to the Starting XV at loosehead prop, while Cyrille Cama earns his first start for California Legion after making his debut earlier this season.
