Sebastian Pearson joined California Legion as Performance Lead, overseeing athletic performance and player readiness.
Sebastian Pearson brings experience leading high-performance programs across Major League Rugby and international rugby.
He served as Director of Athletic Performance for the Utah Warriors from 2023 to 2025, where he managed player development, durability, and performance systems. Prior to that, he worked with Rugby Canada as a Strength and Conditioning Coach from 2021 to 2023.
Pearson applies a player-focused and modern performance approach, with an emphasis on durability, speed development, and weekly readiness.
He leads the Legion’s performance program, supporting player availability and physical output across the squad.
